Hoyce Anderson Temu (born 20 March 1978) is a Tanzanian diplomat, journalist, public relations professional and former beauty queen, who was appointed as the deputy head of mission at Tanzania's Embassy in Geneva, Switzerland, on 23 May 2021.[1] She took up her position in August 2021.[2]
Early life and education
Temu was born in March 1978 at Mount Meru Hospital in the city of Arusha in the Arusha Region of northeastern Tanzania. She attended Arusha Primary School and Arusha Secondary School. She is reported to have excelled there. She then transferred to Zanaki High School in Dar es Salaam.[2]
She was admitted to Arizona State University in the United States, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations. She returned to Tanzania and graduated with a Postgraduate Diploma in Diplomatic Relations from the Centre for F
